Yes, you can cancel at any time online or in store. If you've already set up an online account, just log in and click on "Auto-Pay" on the left side menu. Then click on the grey "Cancel Auto-Pay" button. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the cancellation to process so please cancel at least 10 days prior to your next billing due date. If a charge appears on your bank/credit card statement, please contact us and the credit card issuer immediately.

Or if you've set up an account already, just log in and click on "Auto-Pay" on the left side menu. Replace your credit card information and click on the yellow "Update Auto-Pay" button.
