My fiancé and I recently rented a unit at this facility and really enjoyed the entire process, had a little trouble attempting to complete the process fully online but stopped by the front office and the manager was super friendly and able to get us taken care of. Security measures are better than others we have rented in as well!

Easy to load ur items in and out the indoor storage is amazing- my last place I lost half my items due to weather and mice😖. Staff has been kind and supportive with my needs. I would for sure recommend this place it’s security is better than anywhere I’ve used which is also a huge plus!

It was great! The guys in the front office were very polite and helpful.Reserving and paying for it online made it so easy! I was able to get a unit with a promo kicking great deal. I am very happy that I decided to go with secure storage the facility was clean and I feel secure storing my things there. Highly recommended!

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
